No pets please. Our apartments are priced for the whole unit/month, NOT by bedroom/month. The rental amount is the responsibility of all parties on the lease, as stated in our "Joint and Several" lease agreement.
We add $100/month for a 2nd person in a 1 bedroom apartment.

This location is walking distance to campus and has coin-operated laundry on-site and tenant-only parking. These are large with tons of storage.
